We get you back doing what you love, keeping you healthy and active without needing painkillers or GP visits.
We are a private physiotherapy clinic in Hamilton that helps people over 40 find the cause of their pain, reclaim their independence, and trust their bodies again.
Pain impacts every part of your life. Whether you’ve been experiencing it for weeks, months, or years, you don’t have to suffer in silence. Physiotherapy can find the root cause of your pain and start treating it immediately – preventing further injuries and helping you live your life to the fullest again.
No long waitlists. No unnecessary GP appointments. And no more painkillers.
Physiotherapy is for anyone struggling with pain, stiffness, or injury. It is especially valuable if you want to return to the activities you love without relying on painkillers or waiting months for appointments.
At Hamilton Physiotherapy, we commonly help:
Your journey starts with listening. At your first session, you’ll have time to tell your full story so we understand how pain is affecting your life.
We then carry out a detailed assessment to find the exact cause of your problem and explain it clearly to you. From there, your treatment may include:
We don’t promise a magical fix for your pain if we can’t provide one.
Before setting up the clinic, I spent a decade working in the NHS. Throughout this time, I saw the limitations of public physiotherapy over and over again: appointment limits, restrictive care pathways, and never-ending waitlists.
I decided I wanted to see patients much earlier and help people like you live with less pain through personal treatment plans that get you back to doing the things that matter most to you.
You may never have tried physiotherapy before – but you don’t need to be afraid.
Together, we will chat about your situation, determine why you’re in pain, and create a plan to get you back to living a healthy and fulfilled life as quickly as possible.

Not only were the physio sessions great and gave me alot relief but the exercises that he gave me to do definitely benefited as well. They were so handy to do anywhere and not time consuming at all. I finished my last session of 8 just the other day and the difference in my knee and back now is unbelievable. Pain free and alot more flexibility. I would highly recommend David for any physiotherapy needs👏👏Posted on GARRETH O'CONNORTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. David has worked wonders on my sore neck and shoulders, caused by many years of being hunched over a keyboard. I now have the tools in place to finally end years of suffering. I can't recommend Hamilton Physiotherapy enough.Posted on Gordon SmithTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t recommend David highly enough. When I first attended his free workshop sessions, I was struggling with knee arthritis and walking with a noticeable limp. From the very beginning, it was clear that he really knew his stuff and genuinely cared about helping people improve. After just eight sessions, the difference has been incredible. I’m now walking normally again and able to take my dog on the long walks we both love—something that felt impossible before. David is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also motivating, supportive, and clearly passionate about what he does. If you’re dealing with pain or mobility issues, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David. He truly works wonders. I have a chronic neck problem, and during a painful acute phase, I saw David on several occasions. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with a clear plan to relieve my symptoms. David is thoroughly professional and person centred in his approach and I cannot recommend him highly enough.Posted on S WrightTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Can’t speak highly enough of this service. Saw my uncle (88yrs young) who took up the free assessment offer after an injury knocked his mobility. Physio is for everyone no matter your age. Duly provided a plan of exercises with sound advice going forward, all of which my uncle is doggedly sticking to on a daily basis. There’s no miracle fix but physio gives you the best chance when mobility and independence really matter.Posted on MagsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t thank David enough for the support he’s given me over the 6 sessions. When I started physio, my hip pain was really affecting my day-to-day life, but with his expertise and tailored treatment plan, I’ve seen a huge improvement. David took the time to understand the root cause, explained everything clearly, and kept me motivated throughout. The exercises were practical and effective, and I always felt confident I was in good hands. I’m now moving so much better and with far less pain. I’d highly recommend David to anyone dealing with hip issues, he’s been brilliant and a very nice guy.Posted on John Craw
